Happy State Counselling and Development Centre (Happy State) provides a variety of information on programmes and services through this web site.

Happy State respects personal data privacy, and ensures that the procedures of its services when collecting, using, storing, transferring and enquiring personal data complies with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong.
